Where Faith, Healing, and Purpose Come Together

I Wish You Well wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from a calling.

After spending many years as a licensed clinician, I had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of individuals as they shared their stories of trauma, rejection, loss, and emotional pain. Traditional psychotherapy offered valuable insight, practical coping skills, and ways to manage symptoms. Yet as I listened to their stories, I became increasingly convinced that many were longing for something psychotherapy alone was never intended to provide.

They weren't simply asking, "How do I manage my symptoms?" They were asking deeper questions: Who am I? Why do I struggle the way I do? Can I ever be truly free? Is lasting healing possible?

Understanding our past helps explain our wounds, but Jesus Christ offers what no therapeutic technique alone can provide — renewed identity, spiritual restoration, freedom from shame and condemnation, and the hope of becoming a new creation. That conviction became the foundation of I Wish You Well.

Founder & Executive Director

For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through trauma, rejection, loss, relationship challenges, and difficult seasons of life. Over the years, I have learned that healing often requires more than understanding what happened to us — it also involves recognizing how those experiences shaped what we came to believe about ourselves, others, and God.

I founded I Wish You Well because I wanted to create a place where people could bring the whole of who they are — their stories, their questions, their wounds, and their faith. A place where biblical truth and psychological understanding could come together without one being separated from the other.

My desire is that when you encounter I Wish You Well, you find more than information or another program. I pray you find encouragement, understanding, practical support, and most importantly, hope — that healing is possible and your story is still being written.

What We Believe

Every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent worth, dignity, and purpose.

Emotional healing is possible when biblical truth and sound psychological insight work together to address the whole person — mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Emotional wounds often develop in relationships, and healing often occurs within safe, supportive, and compassionate ones.

Evidence-informed clinical tools can help individuals understand their experiences, while God's truth provides hope, meaning, and a pathway toward lasting transformation.

Jesus Christ is the ultimate Healer of the brokenhearted, and true healing involves emotional restoration, spiritual renewal, and a restored identity in Him.

We meet people where they are — with respect, compassion, grace, and without condemnation.

Healing is not always instant, but through God's love, truth, and the work of the Holy Spirit, lasting transformation is possible.

"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."— 3 John 1:2 (NKJV)
